About The Program

Get Faster & Stronger.
All athletes in the DSP group training program increase their speed, lower body explosiveness and learn the value of training hard to improve overall athleticism and mental toughness.

Professional Coaching.
DSP Group Training sessions are led by Owner and Head Trainer Coach Nate Daniels, a certified strength and conditioning coach and speed, agility and quickness coach. He’s also a former professional athlete and Fairfax High School and Ferrum College Hall of Famer. Train with someone who has been where you want to go.

Programs Designed for Competitive Athletes
Daniels Sports Performance specializes in training youth competitive athletes. Our training focuses on the fundamentals and age-appropriate movement patterns. All DSP training programs are designed for athletes to gain the edge they need to out perform the competition.

The Ultimate Flexibility
Athletes and sports families are managing a lot - everything from schoolwork, practice, skills training and other activities. DSP group training allows for the ultimate flexibility to choose the number of times you can train each week - and come to the day or days that works best for your schedule.

Year Round Training
Group training memberships help support athletes year round. Dial up the number of training sessions prior to the start of a new season to ensure an athlete’s performance peaks at the right time. And, you can also cut back number of times per week to maintain training gains while in season.

Indoor Facility
All of our training sessions are held at our indoor, climate-controlled training facility in Midlothian, VA. Group sizes are kept small to ensure maximum attention and gains for all athletes.
DSP FOUNDATIONS
Ages 10-13
5-6 PM
Monday, Tuesday and Friday
Our training program for youth athletes ages 10-13. This program focuses on creating a solid foundation to increase speed, strength and overall athleticism by focusing on the fundamentals and age-appropriate training sessions.
Foundations sessions are held Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 5-6 PM
Monthly memberships are available to train 1x or 2x per week
2 month minimum initial commitment for all new memberships to allow for maximum training benefits
DSP ELITE
Ages 14-18
6-7 PM
Monday, Tuesday and Friday
Our Elite Training program is for high school athletes ages 14-18 who are ready to take their game to the highest level. Training sessions focus on maximizing athletic gains - getting faster and more explosive to crush the competition.
Elite sessions are held Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 6-7 PM
Monthly memberships are available to train 1x or 2x per week
2 month minimum initial commitment for all new memberships to allow for maximum training benefits

The Red Membership maximizes training gains with professional training sessions 2x per week. Athletes still have flexibility to train on the days that fit your schedule.
FAQs
What does it mean to sign up for a membership?
When you sign up for a membership, you’ll be signing up for either the Black or Red Level membership. Black level trains 1x per week, Red level trains 2x per week. With your membership, you’ll be able to enroll in either DSP Foundations (ages 10-13) or DSP Elite (ages 14-18) classes to train 1x per week or 2x per week based on your membership level.
HOW & When WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE MEMBERSHIP?
When you sign up for a membership, you’re signing up for an initial period of 2 months, billed monthly, and then billed each month until you pause or cancel your membership. Your credit card on file will be charged on the day of the month you signed up. If you sign up on the 5th of the month, you’ll be charged again on the 5th of the next month.
What if I want to Pause or Cancel my Membership?
If you wish to pause or cancel your membership, you must request it 5 days before your re-bill date via email to nate@dspfitness.com. After your initial 2-month period, you can pause or cancel anytime.
